The date of the revision is 24 October 2023

Thanks to all who are building engines and comment on social media or contact me by email. The changes are minor.

A statement regarding crankshaft thrust was added.
A description of oil deflectors with pictures has been added.
A warning that the connecting rods can hit very early dipper trays was added
A statement was added that machining for larger cylinder bores is not warranted
A statement was added that the warranty does not apply to press-in valve guides that are installed or removed incorrectly
A statement was added that machining for larger valves is not warranted
Statements were added that there is no warranty for surface finishes that are changed by builders.
A warning was added to check that the camshaft studs are shorter than the thickness of the camshaft gear
There are minor changes in organization, grammar, punctuation, and spelling.

Are those "studs" called camshaft gear locating pins?
