Default Last Restoration for awhile

I told the Mrs. as soon as I got the Panel Delivery completed, I would finish out her truck. We live on a small farm with chickens, goats and a few dogs, and she wanted to have something to go the feed store in, so I designed a little stake bed for her to fit on the pieces that were left over from the wide bed pickup project and I made them into a pick up for her. It hopefully saved me from a butt-chewing for all the left over parts that I had acquired, LOL.

I just finished the last of the small details and finished posting the pictures.

Brent Terry did the nice looking paint work.

I told my wife when I get the Sport Coupe done in '82 I was going to learn how to play the Banjo. Guess what I got for Christmas? Yup. Still do not know how to play it...Maybe when I get the roadster done...

Not sure if it's a good idea to let your wife drive that in to the feed store. I would be worried that some guy would take a fancy to both the wife and the truck and run off with both of them. Seriously though that is one nice looking truck. Well done.

Gary, I too have always wanted to play the banjo, but I was carefull not to tell the wife about it. LOL!

Roadster Bob: The first pick up cab that I acquired, I was told it was too 'ruff' to restore. After I got the wide bed finished, I got to looking at it and did it anyway. It was made from all the pieces that I bought over the years for the wide bed.

That pickup truck looked to have been a 66-A at one time or another ???? All you needed is a back bed ! Will, i felt the same way after restoring the 180A over 7 years time. BREAK TIME IS OVER for me... 3 years have passed and looking to start again on the 170b. Start looking for some small parts at Hershey [give me something to do while i walk around ] L.O.L. ..Only piece of sheet metal i need is a left rear fender and i might do new steel.
