Default model T and model A pick up bodies!!

Hello I wonder if the model T (1926-1927) and model A (1928-1929) closed cab pickup have some common parts in the body, such as doors and rear panel, I know the cowls are not similar...

Only a door or two, and those are from the '26-'27 Tudor.
There never was a closed cab pickup Model T in '26-'27.
