Default A source for exterior body moldings...

I have a badly dented L/F fender molding.
Got some of it out but still not happy.
Hope someone here might be able to help.

Two things, IF you wanna send it to me, I can get most of that out BUT being SS the one ding is SO bad that it will be near impossible to get it out completely. The other is boarder line and most likely will still show "some" signs of damage. 2) IF you want to chance sending it to Florida. As Kube said above, maybe look for a replacement first?

Here is an example of some of my early work. Smaller dent BUT the same principle of trying to remove it.

Another post to illustrate my point/concern with the forward most dent. Here is a Mercury cap that I am "still" working with, it had a bad curb rash spot. I got it better BUT not perfect......YET!!! But I would give it my best for you IF you decide to do it.

Here are the photo's of what the molding looks like at both ends, the width is right on but the length seems wrong.
It could be you have the longer door molding.

If you cannot find a N.O.S. replacement part, I believe that I can restore your original part to a flawless finish. Please see a example of my work, it is a '36 & '37 Lincoln Zephyr hubcap, I don't have any before images, but it had the typical road rash. In addition someone else had attempted to "restore" the part, the hubcap pictured still needs the final color buff.
