Default '29 Roadster A pillar top...repair pieces?

Does anyone make replacement A pillar ( cowl pillar?) Repair/replacement t tops?
the part that the stanchions bolt to....

My '29 was butchered by PO....and there is not much to mount the stanchions to....

Any help appreciated.

As well, does anyone have a good, clear example of a perfect A pillar/cowl pillar top?

Thanks

My '29 roadster has the w/s pillar welded or brazed to the lower body sheet metal. I'm kind of afraid to get into it for fear of what I might find underneath, not being a metal man.
