'35 Fuel Sensor
Can the fuel sending unit be accessed without removing the tank on a 1935 coupe? Would like to know before removing rumble seat lid.

Re: '35 Fuel Sensor
It might sound a little crazy but if you open the rumble seat, remove the back cushion, close the rumble seat then crawl inside the car with a flashlight, you will have all the room you need to remove the fuel sensor and inspect the tank etc. Some folks have also said to simply open and hold the rumble lid in the right position to get at the cover plate screw (that Brian had just mentioned), then you have access to the fuel sender screws. Only my opinion but you don't want to remove and re-align the rumble seat unless necessary. Tom
