Default Horn Wire Ground

Can anyone tell me if a ground wire in the centre of the steering column that fastens to the horn ring on a 1941 Mercury can be installed when the column is still in the car Thanks for any help Gord

Sure can,you need to solder bullet connector on wire after threading the wire thru steering shaft.Phil
