Searching for a picture
I'm working on a 31 coupe cowl and hoped someone could help me with a closeup photo of the stamped detent in front of the cowl light hole?
It seems that some cars have a smooth stamping...while others have a "raised bubble" in the centre of the stamping. (Still trying to determine when the change took place) Below are pictures of the 2 designs. *I need a closeup of the "raised bubble" design if anyone can help. Thanks in advance. |

Perhaps the bubble was only in 1930? Anybody else out there who can help with a closeup photo of the bubbled indent or info when/why it was done? Here's the best picture I have(again) showing the outward bubble in the indent. The bubble is faintly visible at bottom left of this pic. |
