Default Heater control valve question

I have the heater control valve that goes into the firewall. It doesn't line up with the manifold. Is there an offset piece(hose) that get mounted between the two?

I am going to say no. You could try some of the high temp foil wrapped flex hose like was used in the VW air cooled heating system. The exhaust heaters were not stock and there were many different brands on the market, so not all would have the hole in the same place on the firewall. If the exhaust heater manifold and door are the same brand, there could be other issues like frame sag etc not allowing the two to line up. Even if there was such an item, offset, there would be too many variables for a one size fits all. If the spacing between the two is too short to use the flex hose, you may have to make your own or relocate the door.
