Warranty
Does anyone have information on the original warranty on a new Model A? I wonder what was covered and for how long.

Re: Warranty
It seems that I read somewhere a while back that the warranty was for 90 days.

Re: Warranty
I've found this: 1931 First Standard New Car Warranty: 90 days/4,000 Miles.
It was on an antique-car website I can't find again |

Re: Warranty
All a bit different from today's 7 years unlimited mileage some Korean manufacturers offer.

Re: Warranty
It’s not in the copy of the “Model A Instruction Book” I have either.
I’ll give Car Shield a call to see if I can get an extension on my warranty. |

Re: Warranty
I’ll get to the garage in the next couple days and check the operating manuals. In the mean time you should check prior posts on the same subject.

Re: Warranty
One of the Car Shield type companies call all of the time wanting to cover my car with their insurance. Since my daily driver is a Ranger truck and the wife's car is a lease, the only "car" I own is my Model A. I pressed 1 on my keypad and told the person that I would like their coverage on the car that I own. When I described the car, she hung up on me. Go figure!

Re: Warranty
That’s funny Marty. I’ll try that next time they call.
