I've been in the hobby over 40 years and scoured swap meets since I was fifteen. I don't recall seeing anything like that. I think finding an answer would be a LITTLE better odds than winning the lottery!

It looks english to me .

If you would post all the lettering on the lamp it might help .

What are the words on the bottom of the lens??

and a picture of the inside and bulb could help also

I think it's an aftermarket or accessory light.
