Yes, but as I recall, Wally showed up, took pity on the Griswolds, and let them in the park. So, maybe there's hope after all

Thanks for explaining in more detail the "saga of Paul Bradley"! I've never heard of the guy but I'm more of a HAMB though I check out the Ford Barn on a regular basis. And yes, Wally World was ultimately closed when the family arrived...

So, is Paul Bradley staying at Wally World these days? Did he get a new pony?

You can get a ear full on the HAMB as well. He is well known.

I have no idea what Bradley has to do with horses or Wally's World or "Vacation". As far as I know he was the only source that was worth a damn.

Unfortunately I think the key word in your statement is "was". I wish there was a source with his fathers quality and integrity.

Nothing lasts forever. The older you get, the more you realize this.

The only thing lasting forever is this dumb thread. Wish I never started it.

Hey Will....If you think this was funny, just hang-around for another two or three months and sure enough, that same kid in the back seat will once again ask ...…"Are we at Wally-World yet?" DD

Cut the r/h side out and I'll buy it.

I think that's a great idea! lol Seriously , did you happen to look at the e-bay pans in the link I posted earlier ? Can you post pictures of the area that is bad in your car ? I have a pair for my phaeton not installed yet and I can post pictures of any details that might help you. The 2 biggest negatives in them are the 2 piece design and the lack of threaded D nutserts . I would think if they are making them, they would sell them un welded if you were to ask. They definitely are nowhere near the quality of the 3 sets of pans my dad and I got from Bradleys in the early 80's, but I can make them work for me.
