any one know what became of stacy brown's inventory after he sold it? heard it went back east, but don't know where.

I was at Stacy's after the sale and was told by the lady that worked for Stacy for many years that the parts were purchased by some guys in California and that they were being sold on the internet and E-Bay. No more retail store.

Guys in Texas bought it the first time. They cleaned out junked and got rid of lots. Then they sold to outa state people. 16 I think it was truck trailers hauled the rest away. I understand it went North.

Bought my first part from him in 1970, a radiator cap (hood ornament) for a 1935 Studebaker Dictator Hearse.....true story

I was able to buy a few parts before it sold, got a NOS set of '41 merc 19A 16" x 5" wheels among other things. Paul

Stacy is getting up there in age. Stacy was still selling some stuff with his son at the last Pate and Chickasha. That's been over 6 months ago.
