Default Wire Harness question

I am putting the old wire harness back in my 31 S/W. I looks like it has the wires for the turn signals, but they were not used. It had the Logo Light turn signals with separate wires. I marked most of the wires when I took it out 1 1/2 years ago but am missing the tags on some wires.

It looks like I have 2 wires the same length going to the brake switch. Both come from the front of the harness. No wire at the brake switch going back to the tail lights. Did they use the 2nd wire for the power to the turn signals & then run the brake light wires back from another point? A wiring diagram of a turn signal harness would be most help full.
