Guys, you may have heard Bubba will regrettably not be presenting his
seminar on flathead ignitions....this is for sure a loss. The V8 Club asked
me to take Jim's time slot......Tuesday 3:30 to 4:30......I accepted and
hope to present a credible show and tell on fuel pumps and carburetors.
No one can fill Jim's shoes we all know that, but I'll try to make the 3:30

to 4:30 hour entertaining and maybe even informative.

Charlie, I know you'll do a great job. Don't know the logistics, but would it be possible for someone to video your presentation for those of us "too far away" to attend.

I'm going to sit in the front row and heckle you about power valves. Seriously I hope you bring some examples of why some don't work and what you do to get them to seal properly.

By all means bring video equipment. I only had time to make some 8x10 photo blowups
to help illustrate what in some cases would take too many words.

Yes, being syuck here in Vt, I don't get a chance to get to these things anymore. At one time i had a booth at york and gave flathead forums, mostly BS, but I sold allot of books and quite a few engines.
