Yours truly did a little promo with the local TV station Tuesday morning. It's posted on their website. I wish they wouldn't have edited over my ahooga horn...it was tuned just right.

Was wondering where the trailer parking location is for this event?

I apologize if it was included in registration packet, but don't recall seeing it.

If the welcome BBQ starts at 4:00 at a nearby park, will there be any cars left at the Hilton to view?

It will be at Crossroad Ford at the new vehicle compound located on Piney Planes Rd Cary. Which is less than a mile away from the main hotels.

Was this tour named after the Caldwell book that depicts poor depression-era Southerners in Georgia? I am a native of NC and well-aware of the state's tobacco industry, and also how the South is often portrayed in a less-favorable light. Just curious why the name was chosen.
