Default is this a 1934 V-8 Ford marine radiator

I pulled this out of the barn to ask my dad what it is, he said that he picked it up at Hershey, 40 years ago. He thinks it came off an old boat, but looks like it will fit a 1934 engine, maybe off of an old engine stand?
anyone know what it really is?

Fancy minimal cooling system for an early drag racing car? Pretty neat looking item.

It looks like a heat exchanger ,Its got a top tank for the fresh water with pipes to take the rubber hose onto the 21 stud pumps .Moter mounts on the bottom ,and inlets ether side for the salt water .

I think Ted is correct. It looks like a heat exchanger to me. For those not familar the fresh water engine coolant is circulated through the large pipes and a separate pump runs sea water around the tubes of fresh water through the small pipe threaded holes at either end of the top tank or "heat exchanger" G.M.
