Default Cyl. Head

Purchased cyl. Head at swap meet suposed to be high compression. How can i tell if it is really high compression? Any help would appreciated!

The quick and easy way would be to post a picture (top and bottom sides). Another more accurate way would be to measure the volume and calculate the ratio.

The combustion chamber is smaller, less volume, than a stock head. Pictures would be good.

Several of the different brand higher compression heads used the improved heart shape combustion chamber .
