Isn’t “00” grease the same as corn head grease? “00” is available many places here in central Texas.

cornhead grease is thixotropic (i don't know how to spell that) which means it becomes runny because of friction or worked (not heat) and then it will return back to a stiff state once everything stops moving. this give it the ability to lubricate moving parts and then stiffen up once things stop and it is less likely to leak out of unsealed bushings or loose mating surfaces.

I've just returned from a 1,000 miles rally and as we drove through one small country town, I spotted a John Deere dealer. I asked for Cornhead grease and lo and behold, he had some. I bought 4 tubes.
Completing a drive of that length with no issues is always a good feeling but this tie, it's better than usual because I now have some grease.
