Anti squeak strips on '36
Did Ford install plain anti-squeak strips (not fender welting) between the grille and small panels with the horn grilles in them. What about between the running boards and the fenders?
Or did they in fact use fender welting with the rolled edge between all panels? Thanks Robert1936 |

Was the fender welting painted body color or left black?

It was not painted. It was used with the original stainless steel finish.

I believe the fender welting was unpainted, black vinyl regardless of paint color. |
