Default Are these available?

Does anyone know if these clips are available anywhere? From the heater control switch on the 48.

Try an old-time parts store with a variety of suppliers' catalogs. Some are a gold mine of the odd bits a car uses in the odd places. Hopefully they'll pull some of these catalogs out of their racks and let you browse.

If all else fails, you might try a place called "Restoration Supply Company" (https://www.restorationstuff.com/catalog.html). They have all kinds of odd goodies for vintage vehicles.

C&G Ford parts sells the wire that connects the heater switch to the heater motor, but they don't show a picture.

I saved those connectors when I replaced my heater motor, but that doesn't answer your question. I'd call Kyle ant C&G.

Roy Nacewicz is the man. Ford bolts.com If he doesn't have it he will tell you where to get them.

Neither Roy Nacewicz or Rhode Island wiring has them. The person I talked to at RIW suggested saving the old connectors as did RKS.PA in his post #6. So that is what I will do.
I have the new heater wire loom but there must have been lots of heater options as they were dealer installed. I googled pictures of 46-48 Fords and went through many where the dashboard was visible. I saw three different control panels in many pictures and none had the two heat switches on the left side of the steering column as mine does. I would like to know just how these were wired.

I would appreciate any help on this if others have the same setup as mine.

On my '47 I too carefully un-soldered mine, bent the crimping tabs open, and reused them. My local Autozone and AdvancedAuto stores sell "AutoCraft" brand packets of crimp n solder style slip-on/in connectors like that. However, if your OE heater switch plate is like mine, it has tabs that grasp the two blades of the connector to hold then in-place. In addition, I soldered that connection anyway. The modern type of slip-in connector probably won't work as well anyway because their metal is thicker.
