1930-31 Dunn Aristocrat Dash
City:

State:

I am selling an original steel, not aluminum, Dunn Manufacturing Company accessory dash. See my album for photographs. This dash is for late 1930 and all 1931 Model A Fords with the round speedometer. This dash fastens over your existing dash and has an additional location in each corner for an oil gauge, a water temperature gauge, and/or a clock. The dash was originally chrome plated with the center painted brown or mahogany color. You can still see bits of chrome plating and a hint of brown paint on this dash. The dash is in excellent condition and will restore beautifully or one could use it as-is. The dash has one little extra notch at the top (see pictures in my album) which I cannot be certain was not there originally or was added afterward. The dash is not embossed with any design like some other configurations are. It is a very rare and really useful accessory. Let me know if you have any questions. I am asking $500 due to rarity and my cost (Shipping and insurance would be additional.) I am open to offers and trades as well.
Thanks for looking. (I am looking for water temperature gauges that are marked Dunn Manufacturing Company, Clarinda, Iowa, USA, white lettering on a black background, 2" diameter gauge.) |

Re: 1930-31 Dunn Aristocrat Dash
Hi,
The dash I am selling is the plain steel version, not aluminum, not embossed (it is smooth). It is the dash only and does not have the gauges. New gauges are available from the various parts vendors like Brattons or Snyders. I have pictures in my album to give you an idea what it looks like. Thanks for your interest Mike. Bud |

Re: 1930-31 Dunn Aristocrat Dash
I have been contacted whether the Dunn Aristocrat dash is for sale yet that I have advertised on this thread and is in my album. Yes, it is for sale yet and I am asking $500 due to its rarity because it is steel not aluminum. It is for a 30-31 Model A and is original. Please contact me if you are interested.
Thanks, Bud |

Btt, still available. I may consider trading for something of equal value.
