I am not sure what you want. Restoration Supply, https://restorationstuff.com/catalog...atalog2020.pdf has a lot of stuff including the spiral wound stainless conduit, like the one used for the headlights and horn but smaller in diameter. The conduit is on page 11 of their catalog.

Restoration Supplies has armored wire available in different gauges on page 4. https://restorationstuff.com/shop/#fb0=4

That armor surrounds an insulated conductor wire. It's not uncommon to refer to it as armored cable. It's just smaller gauge than the larger multi wire armored cables that are used in place of hard conduit wiring used in home & shop electrical construction.
