I seriously doubt TTC/TS/Lance H. made them on site. Last time I was there I didn't see any kind of that capability, manufacturing equipment, etc. just a large repair shop and a small salvage yard out back.
New parts he sold were new/replacement parts obtained from out-of-state or other sources. Which he did with sway-bar kits and a few other items.

IM making my own based on their designs- IM going though the whole cooling system quirks and cleaning, flushing first.

Well an update. I started by running vinegar in the system after removing the coolant. I figure a few days would help with cleaning.
Then a flushed and removed the thermostat. And added water and vinegar again.
The first time it was warming up just fine. This time without the tstat it keeps a consistent 150-155 according to the gauge.

So jexr will be changing out to a new 180 TS. And flushing the vinegar out and adding water for a bit to see if if going to keep it at 180 on highway at speed.

I'll be mocking up the grounding the meantime in cardboard.

You can make a schrould from some sheets of styrafoam that they use under the siding on houses. Stake the squares up. Cut and shape them to suit. Wrap with time foil. Fiberglass resin and fiberglass sheets, and top with resin. Let dry. Next day pop the styrafoam mold off. Sand and paint.
