Reminded me of Maynard Troyer's crash in the 1971 Daytona 500. I thought he was never going to stop flipping.

As I watched this, I couldn't stop thinking it was a miracle that he didn't fly back out on the track, but thankfully stayed in the infield!!

Thanks to petehoovie for finding Maynard Troyers horrific barrel roll
crash. He was super lucky to survive that. Even back then Nascar had good
safety regulations for cars to be built that good and tough.
It amazed me though, that people were allowed to go that close to the
track then, with race cars still flying by...
