Default 29 pickup rear brake

Can somebody point me to a picture that shows how to release the rear brake. I am trying to get the drum back on - it was a beast to remove as well. I think the brake is dragging all the time so I am trying to release it abit.

Appreciate your help

With the two separate braking systems in the rear brake, a person if going to have to identify which braking assembly is tight. The main brake set may need to have the adjuster backed off a bit to relieve for close contact that is causing the interference fit you are experiencing. Brake shoe fit to drum can also be an issue. The E-brake is usually not a problem but it depends on the condition and thickness of the linings and condition of the drum. This link has some good photos.
