How do you get the vibration ( which causes a sick sound) out of the ahooga horn ? I have changed the diaphragm , still has the same problem.steve

Re: A Model Horn
You turn the adjustment screw in/out to find the magic spot to make the Ah-OOG-Ah sound. Mines pretty particular about where it is set.

Re: A Model Horn
Is the diaphram clocked to the correct position? The chisel point needs to set into the groove of the wavy washer. Not actually set in, but lightly strike the washer so the lines of contact are parallel.

Re: A Model Horn
You need to have the correct thickness of gasket, and original diaphragms (even rusty ones) work better than any repros I have ever tried. Tom's suggestion is also important.
