Head Torque question
When using a crows foot on a short extension, or one of the torque tools sold to torque the nut slightly under/back of the distributor on the head, can anyone advise if using one of those tools changes the torque value or reading for that particular nut??

Re: Head Torque question
A normal crows foot won't change it enough to worry about.

Re: Head Torque question
Because the vertical force-axle ist the thame, there is no missreading
of the torque.

Re: Head Torque question
I use turn to torque,if the others take a quarter turn to check, then that one gets a quarter turn..offset leverage is miniscule, reduce wrench setting by a few pounds

Re: Head Torque question
The C shaped tool, no change. My tool will not fit the water neck nuts, I use a deep socket.
With one hand I steady the tool and pull with the other.
