Default Deluxe Car Windshield folded flat

In reading another recent post about R/PU windshields folded flat, I thought I would pose this question and not high-jack that thread.

Has anyone ever been driving with the windshield folded flat at let's say 45mph and have the wind catch it and stand it up (immediately)? I haven't but I have always worried about it happening. Once when I folded it flat I even took a small piece of wire and wrapped it from the stanchion around the cowl lamp just to be safe.
