Default Clutch chatter be gone

Just pulled my motor this morning and installed a new clutch disc and a very nice used pressure plate. What a difference. Smooth and no more chatter. The old disc was junk.

Thanks Tom Endy for the heads up on the brattons clutch disc,,,,,
Thanks Tom W. for the pictures and the home made tool. I copied it and it made it easy for adjusting the 11/16 gap,,,,Hope you don't mind.
Thanks Steve from Berts for the pressure plate and fast shipping,,,,,,

Productive day today.

Did you replace the pilot bearing also? I have a wicked chatter, I'm up for the same job.

I just did that to mine today, had a lot of chatter. Rust all over the flywheel and pressure plate and uneven wear on the disk(?). drained the oil and water has been in the crankcase so I pulled the head, sure enough a broken gasket.
