Iron Thomas heads
Just picked up 6 more iron Thomas heads today. Two were slightly damaged so I sold them at a discount already. All of these are sold, so if anyone wants one let me know and I will get more made.

What will be the price on the iron Thomas head? Same price for Iron Winfield?

Because those muffins are hot out of the oven. They have to be machined after cast. They aren't born with holes in them.

Re: Iron Thomas heads
Due to need of Thomas heads and Winfields, I am having to have a second mold set up made for the Winfield heads. We have cores but the mold boxes are set up for Thomas right now. Working on all of it at once.

Re: Iron Thomas heads
If there is any high schools around you that still have a machine shop contact the shop teacher - they may know of someone who wants to/need to do a COOP program or graduating and cant afford college.

Re: Iron Thomas heads
It is in your best interest to find a student willing to learn. It saddens me to know the money grubbers strap huge debt upon college students that graduate without a trade or vocation. I don't know who stopped the apprenticeship programs in the lower grade schools without making arrangements to replace the aging professional workforce, but whoever it was, should be strung up by their college degree.
Please find a student in a near by school and take them under your wing, they need a trade because they won't get one from "higher learning". |

Re: Iron Thomas heads
Hi Tod, I know this is a bit late, but are the heads still available? Are they available in alloy? and what is/was the cost?
Many thanks Keith |
