Three questions -after alum intake and heads are beaded and polished -how do you keep them from corroding? #2- where do I get head gaskets that will fit the expensive orig aluminum heads from water passage corrosion? #3- what kind of coolant or additive will stop the corrosion? I use 'No-Roison' coolant additive to protect the heads in my '34. Good info at their excellent website here: > http://no-rosion.com/norosioncoolant.htm

I use Best Head Gasket # 507G as seen here: > http://www.bestgasket.com/pop_up_pic...artNumber=507G

Where to buy Best Gaskets here: > http://www.bestgasket.com/distributors.asp

I don't worry about external corrosion of the intake manifold or heads....

Are they truly polished (like chrome) . . . or just glass beaded? If truly polished, then it is tough. I'm currently looking into clear ceramic coatings (as used in wheels). Drop me a PM if you are interested.

Bored-&-stroked

Does the clear ceramic turn "White" when exposed to heat???? I know if you if you shoot them with straight clear...it turns a funky whitish, greyish, greenish color.
