Default Trouble Shooting Ignition

I'm new to Model T's. I'm trying to get my coils to buzz. They buzzed for a while and then quit. I have 6v at the contacts. I'm looking for basic Model T ignition trouble shooting procedures.

The vibrator circuit for each individual coil only functions when the timer roller contact breaker is making contact with the coil terminal it's timed to fire. If this is a direct battery test then the vibrator is likely needing cleaning and adjustment. These coils can be overhauled if there is a problem with the coil, the condenser, or the vibrator.

Does anyone have a schematic diagram of the ignition system?

This is a good breakdown that includes one of the coils and the system.
http://www.aeroelectric.com/Referenc...ion_System.pdf

It is geared toward one of the suppliers to Ford but there were others as well.
