NY Times Crossword Puzzle Clue
In the NY Times Crossword Puzzle (No. 0828) in Thursday's Dallas Morning News, the clue for 60 Across was "1920s - '30s Ford output".
Seven letter answer. Bet you get this one! Last edited by caboose; 10-04-2014 at 03:37 PM. Reason: I'm a mathematician, but I can't count. Or, type. |

Re: NY Times Crossword Puzzle Clue
Usually crossword puzzles clues are misleading, require a foreign language for an answer, devious, or worse. The answer to this one is simple, but remember most of the puzzle solvers aren't into this hobby. They aren't looking for such a narrow answer.
If we had made up the clue, we likely would have the time frame 1928 - 1931. |
