Default Starter drive bolts.

Last week I had the starter drive bolts fall out into the flywheel housing. I referred to Les Andrews Mechanics Handbook Vol 2 to read the following, "When either bolt breaks, it falls into the flywheel housing, creating a very difficult situation to remove the broken bolt".
I made several attempts to remove the bolts using a magnet without success, then I had an idea. Suck them out.
The following is a link to the you tube video I made. There are 4 parts.

Two diameters of Bendix bolts were used in the started drives, 5/16" in the Model A and 3/8" in the Model B, and perhaps later Model As. The 5/16" bolts have a relatively lower fatigue life. Change the Bendix to the one that uses 3/8" diameter Bendix bolts.

The Service Bulletins, page 423, tell us to disconnect the front radius rod from the flywheel housing and fish broken/lost bolts out the opening at the bottom.
