Generator ID
I’m stumped.
I would like to confirm my findings with someone with more experience identifying these... I have two generators. One stamped “Ford B-10” (1951) has a 39? front The other stamped “Ford C -8” (1952) has a later pulley. But either could have 12v field coils which are not outwardly identifiable. Is their a VOM bench test to check see if they are 12v? Gracias, T.

Re: Generator ID
The one with the pulley for mounting fan is for 39 standard, or earlier years with fan mount provisions. 40 deluxe fan mounted on the crank shaft.
