Hi there, we are just embarking on the restoration of a 1941 half ton pickup. Just wondering what parts are interchangeable with the later 42-47 pickups. I know the major differences with cab and chassis, but what parts are used right throughout?

Are steering boxes and brakes the same?

What about knobs and fittings inside the cab?

The wheels look the same to me are there any differences to look out for?

Just want to be prepared for any parts that might come up so I know what I'm looking for.
