No Clue . . . if you're willing to ship/bring the engine to Columbus, OH - then contact Fowler Engines and talk to Jeff Fowler. They do all my machine work for my flatheads - both street and race. They understand the valve geometry and have the correct equipment to do the top-end as it should be done. Many shops that say "I can build a flathead" do not have the tools or experience it takes - though they'll take just about anything through the door. If you want more info - drop me a PM.

Best of luck!

I use Schmidt Machine in Fairbury Nebraska. He's done 6 FH motors for me and all of them worked good. Seems like every time I'm in his shop he has a FH going together. I did just have Frames from N.C. over on the HAMB do an 8BA for me, it should be here Monday. it'll be interesting to see how it works?

Hey Krylon32 - if you ever need another one built, let me know - would be happy to help you out (as you've helped many in our world!). Take care!

Please let us know how it turns out. I have an 8BA I plan to get rebuilt soon and he (Frames) is probably the closest rebuilder to me these days.
