Default What are these straps

These straps have been floating around in my boxes of A parts for years. Does anyone have any idea what they are and what they are supposed to be for?

Just a guess here, how do you store your side curtains. If your side curtains are stored in a rolled up fashion these may be for keeping them rolled up, they do appear to be about the right length for that.
I certainly don't think they would be original ford equipment. I used similar straps for my side curtains until I made a bag to store them in.
