Question mustang clips for street rod

Fellow barners,
Does anyone know or have experience with grafting a Ford Mustnag (or other car) front end on a 36 Ford sedan frame? I have heard some folks suggest that in lieu of using a fatman, etc...I currently have a 36 Ford pickup that has a fatmans, etc. setup on it, and I am not happy with the brake disc "chatter" when you first put it in gear, whether reverse or front. I get just a little pop as the discs move that silly little millimeter while holding the brake pedal engaged.'
In any case, I am wondering what kind of mustang or other car will work to make a nice front end for my car. I would be interested in suggestions on perhaps a complete donor car that I can pull the front clip, weld it in, use the rear end and springs, etc, and maybe even use the engine and tranny, although I am not hung up on using Chevy drivetrain....
Any ideas, anyone?
