Reproduction locking door handle doesn't fit?
The non-keyed driver's side door handle on my 31 Tudor wasn't locking from the inside so I decided to buy a keyed door handle to replace it. Well, the section that goes into the door with the hole on the end is shorter than the original so it cannot work. Has anyone else had this problem?

Vintique?? Where'd you get it?? The one I did on my TuDor came from either Snyder's or Bratton's.

Re: Reproduction locking door handle doesn't fit?
Not sure about the fit of the repro handle but here is a bit of info for future reference. I was wanting a locking handle on the driver side for my 31 Coupe, inquired to several vendors about keyed alike locks, and was told that they could not supply matching locks. Happened to pick up an old Speedway Motors catalog and could'n believe that they so supply a set of outside handles, keyed alike. My problem solved.
