Default 35 Pickup Door Wooden pulls

My early Model 35 pickup had wooden door pulls mounted in the holes in the picture. The door handle and window crank are mounted in the front portion of the doors.
Are the holes non-factory or were there factory door pulls on some models ?.
I see by my search that rope pulls are mentioned.

Thanks for any advice.

Jakno, There were no factory door pulls on early 1935 pickup doors. They had a separate garnish molding, but no door pull. Early passenger cars had a rope style door pull.

In late March of 1935 the door was redesigned to include an integral garnish molding with molded in door pull.
