Ok. Just ordered a pair of 195/75R16 for the front to replace the 225/45/16's. Don't know how I'm going to keep the dog in the seat with it pointed downhill all the time. Will keep trying to make the 225's fit if I can.

195-75-16 is the tallest available in a 195.

I have 205-16s on my GMC. They are still quite a chunky tyre, but at least they are full profile with a nice tall sidewall.

225/75R16 29.3 inches
195/75R16 27.5 inches

With ~1 inch of rake better tie that dog down good!!
