Busy in the kitchen helping with all the Christmas baking ... many apple pies and apple CAKES. Lots of peeling.

Needed some vintage technical help and found a new use for the Sun Distributor Tester. Perfect for getting the gap just right.

(You can laugh but I'll bet Bubba is out in his shop setting one up right now!)

Suppose if you can have "apple" computers" you can have apple Sun machines....why not?

My son showed us that using a 1/4 spade bit in a variable cordless drill makes real short work of peeling spple. We had a little over 150 lbs this past fall. Cheaper than a Sun machine. Merry Christmas.
