So, we have established that it is NOT a 'Diamond Tread' (GoodYear) that you are looking for, but rather some other tread pattern, more closely akin to the later (that which is currently available) Firestone tread. The term 'Diamond Tread' through me off.

The tire he wants is a trapezoidal tread. Maybe GoodYear had a lock on the diamond tread and logo.

well motor bike tires should probably stay on motorbikes.
just fyi for anyone that's interested these are goodyear and they are called a " studded suregrip" after a bit of a search I also found they are still made in south America http://www.goodyear.com.my/tyres/studded-sure-grip |

no they don't make them in 19 but there do in 16 perfect for my speedster. now anyone here from SA ??
and yes those are bike tires on that speedster, probably work great but doesn't have the right look at all |
