So, we have established that it is NOT a 'Diamond Tread' (GoodYear) that you are looking for, but rather some other tread pattern, more closely akin to the later (that which is currently available) Firestone tread. The term 'Diamond Tread' through me off.

The tire he wants is a trapezoidal tread. Maybe GoodYear had a lock on the diamond tread and logo.

They are Heidenau K60 Scout tires I used them when on my trip to Alaska, Bias belted tubeless but I don't know what load range they are.

Not pushing the motorcycle tire, just providing info....

Load range for Heidenau K60 Scout Dual Sport Motorcycle Tire 110/80B19 Front is 536lbs and is rated for 118mph.

I had 7000 miles on them when I returned and they are good for another 3K or so. My bike has 110 hp and I was riding hiways at 70-75 I think they would last ok.

well motor bike tires should probably stay on motorbikes.

just fyi for anyone that's interested these are goodyear and they are called a " studded suregrip" after a bit of a search I also found they are still made in south America

no they don't make them in 19 but there do in 16 perfect for my speedster. now anyone here from SA ??

and yes those are bike tires on that speedster, probably work great but doesn't have the right look at all
