When I pull the cable the choke does not close. The cable is in great shape so I do not believe that's the problem. Is my carburetor on the inside of that sleeve that the cable goes into missing something. Thanks for any help.

I see now, I'm missing the lock ring.

The lock ring was broke and not engaging. I have one on order. Thanks for the help.
