Thanks to everyone and the Ford Body and Ford Chassis books I'm down to just this one part (at the moment) that I have no idea where it goes. I'll check over on the HAMB as well. TIA

Mystery solved thanks to Rustvelle SS over on the 52-59 social group on the HAMB. It's a shield to protect the gas tank fill tube. Never would have figured it out myself.
