FH Block Weight
Anyone have an idea what this empty French Flathead block weighs? I need to ship it and my scales aren't big enough.

Re: FH Block Weight
Well, a lot of people have looked, but nobody has offered an answer. I would say about 250 lbs. What is your scales limit?

Re: FH Block Weight
Could you rig up a beam with the motor in the middle, the scales at one end and the other end supported. then the scales will only need to take half the weight.
Of course the weight of the beam would need to be zero'd out or accounted for but it can be done. Mart. |
