Default '36 Ford pickup coming together....

Hello all,

My '36 Ford pickup is coming together. Next to come is the bed and rear fenders. Color scheme is Cashmere (Grey/Beige) and Camel Brown.

Current stable consists of 1946 1/2 ton pickup turned woodie wagon with FH V8, 1947 Tonner Pickup (red) mostly stock with exception of a cummins 6at turbo diesel, 1946 Tonner Pickup (green) with 226 cu in 6 cyl flathead, 1979 Toyota landcruiser wagon, completely encased in 1947 Ford Jailbar sheet metal. Ok, cornbinder rear fenders..... 'Rusty ol' floorboards, hot on their feet' (Alan Jackson)

Black is beautiful but near impossible not to be frustrated with. It's ice to see someone breaking the mold and choosing a non-traditional, easy-to-care-for color scheme. I like it a lot! Nice work.

Hello flatford8 (Mark),

Thank you for the color scheme compliments. I had a girl at a local Starbucks make me a latte on a Saturday morning. She made a flower design in the coffee with a toothpick and I sat down outside to drink it. I noticed the color combination, I liked it so went to the Auto Body and Paint Shop to pick out the colors. I had the '36 pickup painted those colors.
