Hi all, I have this transmission that has been sitting here in the shop apart. It’s a 1935 VIN number and has the 1932 to 1935 gear set, straight shift cover assembly. 48 case will take the bigger clutches. I had one of these in my Tudor and never an issue. Sold it to a guy in NJ building a TROG car. Nice simple transmission to get things going for not a lot of money. Look what guys are trying to get for rusty, cruddy stuff. I have taken this apart 100%, washed and cleaned everything. The input shaft was rusted at the clutch splines so I swapped it out. Nice, original bearing set all cleaned and checked. Front bearing retainer has been swapped to a later one with a seal. There is some pitting on cluster gear for 1st gear but not bad and should give you no issues. 28-24-18-14 cluster shaft has 2.82 first gear ratio. Comes with your choose of either 32-39 or 40-48 clutch shaft, 37-41 or 42-48 rear mount. Has the shifter assembly, clutch fork and throw out bearing support. You will need to add your own throw out bearing and spring, u-joint and hardware and clutch arm if you go with the 32-39 shaft. Everything else is there. $old. plus shipping and I will include the shipping tote. PayPal preferred, send me your zip code for a shipping cost.
